2. How do I delete my child’s account?
You can delete your child’s account by following the below steps:
- Login to the Parent Portal.
- Click on See Profile for the child that you want to delete.
- Click on Delete Profile.

3. I accidentally deleted my child’s account. How can I recover it?
To recover your child’s account, please ask your child what app they were using and contact the app’s support team.
4. How do I unlink a child from my Parent Portal account?
Whenever you receive a permission request email, there will be a link within that email that allows you to unlink that child from your Parent Portal account. Please locate one of those emails and click on the link.
5. Why can’t I log in to the Parent Portal?
You can only access the Parent Portal if your child provided your email address when they were asked to request permission from their parent/guardian in order to access an app feature. In that case, you should have received an email detailing how to use and access the Parent Portal.
If you were previously able to access the Parent Portal but can no longer do so now, this may be because:
- You deleted your Parent Portal account
- You no longer have child accounts linked to your Parent Portal account, therefore your Parent Portal account was deleted
